CHANGE MANAGEMENT


Change in an organization is very important, while doing change in management there are principles to follow such as leading with culture in the sense that we have focus on culture, by first taking the time and acknowledge each company   underlying culture, leaders of the merged firm harnessed deeply ingrained strength to energize the change and avoided the incoherence that could have resulted from a less international and sensitive redesign, the other principle is start at the top, involve every layer, make the rational and emotional case together, act your way into new thinking, lead outside the lines, leverage formal solutions, leverage informal solutions and assess and adapt.
