AVOID FEAR, COMPLETE YOUR DREAMS

In the real world people fail to accomplish their goals all because of fear. People cannot make good decision because of fear. People do not understand what real to do for their future also because of fear.  Fear creates shameful among people to express their feelings.

My advice to people is that, a real man does not fear anything except fear itself. Do not allow fear to be a part of your life.  In order to achieve your success there is only thing to fear that is fear itself. Do more, do better, achieve your goals.

THE BANDWAGONING POLITICS OF TANZANIA

In my view, something is going wrong with the politics of Tanzania, there is a tendency of people sicking popularity by the name of good politicians with a huge support from the public, using  their money to buy people whom they claim that, want them to contest in various political positions. In their wisdom which in my view their lack of wisdom, see right, actually it is not, this is a real bandwagon propaganda kind of politics.

The basic idea behindbandwagon approach is just that “getting on the bandwagon” the propagandist put forth the idea that everyone is doing this, or everyone support this person/cause, so should you. The bandwagon approach appeals to the conformist in all of u: No one wants to be left out of what is perceived to be a popular trend. This is what is being done by some of the politicians who claim that they are accepted by people so everyone should, while behind this popular view, these politicians are using the depth of their pockets to convice people to vote for them, to support them or have teams for them.

Dear fellow Tanzanian why can't we see something that seem so self evident? As a reply for the argument one has to prove me wrong, because I see number of propagandists increasing day after day using public arena to blind the mass. Let the people by their own will, without being forced or being bought by anyone decide on the morally issues of the day.

·           Keep calm all the time, try not to get into fights.
·         Please don't tell lies.
·           Be yourself. Don't do what all the other loving people do.
·         Treat others how you wish to be treated.
·         Don't suck up to people if they're giving you hints to stay away. There are plenty of other people who will willingly accept your banter.
·         Don't judge others for their mistakes.
              Dress to impress.

THE EXHAUSTED MIND SETS A BARRIER TO NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

As far as national economy is of the concern, economists views in Tanzanian economy is that our economy is growing, but actually I don't see the fact behind this growth, life is harder twice than it has been fifty years ago, no food, people are suffering from diseases, the gross happiness index is drawn down to no digit what does this growth entails? There is a problem in mindsets of the people more so there is a problem in the mindset of leaders.

We need to move from fixed kind of mindsets to growth kind of mindsets, the fixed mindsets grow no more it is stagnant doing things in ordinary fashions. In my view I see no innovative leaders who dedicate their efforts to the growth of the society their minds have been filled with corruption they think no more this is the problem of the mindset, leaders are doing things as they were done fifty years ago, fishermen are fishing the way they use to fifty years ago.

Then if we are to change the mindset should be our first place because no policy, no development, no prosperity that shall be manifested before the eyes of the people because the mind is at the center of  human progress is, no man prosper out the proper use of mindset. This can only be done if and only if people will go down to the bottom of their mindsets to see the greatest songs of victory against poverty mind your attitudes for the better future enrich your mind leaders reflect this thinking to the height of your success as good, accepted and accountable leaders.

STEPPING OUR FEET TO THE GREATEST SHORE OF SUCCESS

Christopher Columbus discovered America in 1492 when he was sailing to west with an objective of reaching to India, after a long journey in the Pacific ocean, Columbus and his crew has to encounter the storms in the ocean, winds, overcoming tiredness and many other obstacles. But what make me so courageous enough was the spirit of accomplishment, the steady heart of Columbus to handle the apprehension of his crew, giving them hope that, soon they were going to step their feet in a dry land in the shores of the ocean very wonderful enough Columbus discovered America.

Success is a desired goal of each and everyone of us but success wear a musk of joy and happiness but in actual sense the true face of success is the bitter side of it like Columbus and his crew they we to overcome ocean storms, thunderstorms strong ocean winds, withstanding hardship before they made it to a new world, there is a say which states that no pain no gain we must the first encounter obstacle, hostility and hardship before we realize that fringe benefit, when the journey get tough the tough get going fro this those who withstand hardship, those who endure hostility are the one who shall witness the peak of success.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER

You need water to regulate body temperature and to provide the means for nutrients to travel to your organs and tissues. Water also helps transport oxygen to your cells, removes waste and protects your joints and organs. Dehydration occurs when you lose more water than you take in. You lose water trough urination respiration, and by sweating, and you lose more water when you're active than when you're sedentary. Diuretics such as caffeine pills, certain medications and alcohol may increase the amount of water your body loses. Lost fluids must be replaced by the fluids in the foods you eat and the beverages you drink. Symptoms of mild dehydration include thirst, pains in joints and muscles, headaches and constipation. A strong odor to your urine, along with a yellow or amber color, may also indicate dehydration. How much water do I need? The foods you eat supply about 20 percent of the water you need. The rest comes from the beverages you drink. One method of determining you need for water is by taking your weight in pounds and dividing that number in half. This gives you approximately the number of ounces you should drink each day.

FEAR OF THE PEOPLE FROM MIDDLE CLASS:THE ENEMY FOR CHANGES

Fear is unpleasant emotion by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain , or threat. From my view I see changes are delayed as a result of the people from the middle class, because they can manage life and run their life, they have developed unpleasant emotion which is a threat for change.

These people from the middle class are the ones who once the roads are rough they change their cars into new models of car that can withstand the roughness of roads. They are the ones who send their children to international schools when they discover public schools are free of knowledge. They are the ones who once the food are scarce in markets they go to super markets. The question is how can we afford life while there is a great number of people from the middle class who are the threats of change they have developed a mechanism of making life simple and demand no change. These people need to be liberated if we are to succeed.

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

An individual development plan (I.D.P) is a tool to assist employees in career and personal development. Its primary purpose is to help employees reach short and long-term career goals, as well as improve current job performance. An I.D.P isn’t a performance evaluation tool or a one-time activity. It should be looked at like a partnership between the employee and the supervisor. It involves preparation and continuous feedback. Many agencies require I.D.P for new and current employees. It is encouraged throughout many organizations. Many Federal agencies require their employees to complete an I.D.P annually. All Senior Executives are required to have an Executive Development Plan (EDP).
