UNEMPLOYMENT IN TANZANIA

Unemployment is the situation where by people are jobless. In Tanzania this has been a big problem of everyday people’s life. Unemployment in Tanzania is caused by Tanzania education is much based on theoretical rather that practical way in the sense that it is very hard for the students to apply the knowledge in practical manner, also most of the people depend to be employed in different companies, institutions, as well as organization rather than employee themselves, the other cause is corruption this means that the people who suppose to get job and they have no something to give to the boss he or she is not going to get the job, but the one with no capacity and ability of doing work but is having money he or she is just give out money and get the job. Other causes are tribalism, poor infrastructure, ignorant, fear and poor economic structure.
