Why government fails to stop the bus drivers’ complaint?

The complaint of bus drivers in country wide now takes three days. People in various places fail to move from one place to another to do their activities. Our government is still poor because it fails to take strong decisions to bus drivers against their complaint.  The government wants bus drivers come back to school for three years to get more training about their profession in order to reduce amount of road accidents which cost lives of many people in our country  including deaths and injurers, while but bus drivers don’t agree with those decisions.
