A good leader is someone who takes responsibility, but shares the privilages/rights that come out of success. Many people want to become successful managers and stay on that limited track, If you really want to become a great leader, it is important to expand the area of your work and make your employees know that you are always with them. Managers learn how to direct people and tasks. Real leader know how to distribute them and what to expect from each team.
