There is a notion that leadership is born and not made, but the truth is that everyone can be a leader in any place with different situation. A great thing is that a leader should be a part and parcel of the group in perfoming different issues. Also a leader is concerned with future plans, of which he or she should invest in planning for the future. Due to this everyone is capable of being a leader depending on how he or she positions himself or herself.
