BIAS IN ACTION, LESS IN PLANNING
Most of corporate personals are bias in planning of which is a paper work. They spend much of their time and resource dedicating their efforts in planning. The question to ask ourselves is; these plans kept in office are they real taken into action? The answer to this question is probably could be no, since most of the documents are only kept in shelves. But if we could be bias in action perhaps we cold meet the organizations goals and exceptions other than wasting our time and resource in planning.
