Several road accidents which cost lives of the people in Tanzania are mostly
caused by brainless drivers. They don’t care anything when they drive on
the road. They have poor thinking and less knowledge about rules of the roads.
They drive in high speed degree and road overtaking is done with much careless. This is because majority drivers own licenses without qualifying
their driving learning.
