HOW TO BOOST YOUR CREATIVE THINKING
When it comes to creativity, one of our biggest concerns is usually how we can be more creative, or come up with better ideas. Research in this area is all over the place, but I have gathered some of the most practical studies out there to help you utilize specific techniques that can boost your creativity. All of these studies for everyday creativity in daily life so try a few out for yourself and see which one works best for you. First restrict yourself, re-conceptualize the problem, create psychological distance, daydream and then get back to work, embrace something absurd, separate work from consumption, create during a powerful mood, get moving, and ask, “what might have been?”.
