The problem of Unemployment in respect to the increase of graduates in Tanzania

Is the problem of unemployment a real problem or lack of creative thinking? The problem of massive unemployment is a widely discussed issue by politicians, activists and civil societies. To me I see this is the problem whose solution relies upon graduates themselves; self liberalization and creative thinking, grasping opportunities, avoiding job selections and over ambitions can be the ways to overcome this problem.
