Most of the scholars in universities of Tanzania tend to fail in their academic affairs due to the following reasons;
• Dependency on favor of lecturers
Many Tanzanian scholars fail to understand that lecturers contribute a bit or some percentages of their performances; hence depending on lecturers help to increase their grade rates, something that costs may of them.
• Poor retention capabilities
Personal skills to improve memory capacity cost many scholars to get fair grades.
• Insufficient knowledge provided
Scholars fail because they are provided with minimal base knowledge that will enable them to strive in competitive work or educational environment.
