ZITTO KABWE LOOSES THE COURT BATTLE.

<p> The High Court of Tanzania has finally gave its Ruling on the application for injunction filed by Kigoma MP honourable ZittoZuberiKabwe restraining Chama cha Demokrasia na Maendeleo (CHADEMA) from determining the fate of his membership. Zitto went to court last year after being accused of acting against Chadema’s rules and to have been used to ruin the party and therefore he was removed from all leadership positions he was holding pending determination of his membership by the high organs of the party, three other members were expelled from the party who are Samson Mwigamba and Dr. KitilaMkumbo. Zitto was represented in court by Advocate Alberto Msando and Chadema was represented by Advocate Tundu Antipas Lissu assisted by Advocate Kibatala Peter. Last year Honorable Judge Utamwa granted temporary injuction to ZittoKabwe pending determination of the main suit which has marked its end today.</p>

<p>Speaking after the court session Honourable TunduLissu who is the head of the Legal department of Chadema and the member of parliament told the audience that “According to Chadema constitution, a member who sues the party and looses the case strips himself of his membership.” He went on say “I therefore announce today that ZittoKabwe is not a Chadema member on that basis. “ </p>
